The Strengths Finder 2.0 assessment tool was created by Donald O. Clifton, Ph.D. along with Tom Rath and a team of scientists at Gallup.  It is rooted in more than 40 years of research into human strengths where they created a language of 34 common talents which has helped millions discover and develop their natural talents.

Sharing my Top 5 strengths as they might provide you with a better understanding of me: Positivity, Strategic, WOO (Winning Others Over), Arranger, and Maximizer 

Positivity: People exceptionally talented in the Positivity theme have contagious enthusiasm. They are upbeat and can get others excited about what they are going to do.

Strategic: People exceptionally talented in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.

WOO (Winning Others Over): People exceptionally talented in the Woo theme love the challenge of meeting new people and winning them over. They derive satisfaction from breaking the ice and making a connection with someone.
